Core Tool — HarbiLeads App
You found a website you want a guest post on — now you need the email address of the person who runs it. The HarbiLeads Email Finder takes a domain and returns the admin and contact emails published on that site, together with the page each address was found on, a verification status, and the domain's Domain Rating. One lookup takes seconds; the manual way takes a coffee.
The Manual Ways
Before the tool, the honest manual routes — every outreach pro has done these, and they still work for a single important site:
Usually at /contact or /contact-us. Many blogs list a direct editorial or advertising email here — this is the highest-value page on the site.
Owners often introduce themselves on /about with a "reach me at" line, especially on independent blogs.
Footers, privacy policies and "write for us" pages frequently carry a business contact email. Write-for-us pages are gold for guest post pitches.
The site's Facebook or LinkedIn page sometimes lists an email the website itself hides. Slower, but it works when the site won't cooperate.
The catch is scale. Four checks per site is fine for five sites; for a list of three hundred it is a week of tab-hopping. That is the gap the finder exists to close: it performs exactly these checks across the whole site, automatically, and shows its working — the source page — on every result.
The Fast Way
Type or paste the website address into the finder. One site for a quick lookup, or a whole list for bulk work.
HarbiLeads scans the site and returns its published admin and contact emails, with source page, verification status and DR.
Add the address to a prospect list and pitch it from the Email Sender — or export it to CSV/Excel.
FAQ
The manual ways are the site's contact page, its about page, the footer, and its social profiles. The fast way is an email finder: enter the domain in HarbiLeads and it scans the site for you, returning the publicly listed admin and contact emails with the page each was found on.
HarbiLeads only collects email addresses that websites publish publicly for contact purposes. Using them for relevant, personalised outreach is standard B2B practice — always identify yourself, pitch something relevant, and honour opt-out requests.
Some sites only offer a contact form. In that case the finder returns no email for that domain — fall back to the form or the site's social profiles, and spend your credits on the sites that do publish an address.
They run on the same engine. The Email Finder view is for quick, individual lookups; the Bulk Email Finder processes whole lists of domains at once and is built for campaign-scale prospecting.
Finding an email costs 1 credit. The free plan refills with credits every day and needs no credit card; Pro gives 8,000 credits for PKR 1,500. Sending campaigns does not use credits.
