Terms of Service

HarbiLeads is a desktop application and set of web services for guest post and link building outreach, operated by the founder of SEOHarbi. By creating an account or using HarbiLeads, you agree to these terms.

The service

HarbiLeads helps you find publicly listed contact emails of websites, verify email addresses, check Domain Rating, organise prospect lists, and send and track outreach campaigns from your own email accounts. Features and limits are described on this website, including the Pricing page.

Accounts

• You are responsible for your account, your activation details and everything done with them.
• One account per person or business; do not share or resell account access.
• Information you give us at signup must be accurate.

Credits and plans

• Finding an email costs 1 credit. Free accounts receive a daily credit refill, as shown in the app and on the Pricing page.
• Pro provides 8,000 credits for PKR 1,500. Credits have no cash value and are not transferable.
• Sending campaigns from your own accounts does not use credits.
• Because credits are consumed as a digital service is used, purchases are generally non-refundable once credits have been spent; if something goes wrong on our side, contact us and we will make it right.

Your sending accounts

Campaigns are sent from email accounts you own and connect. You are responsible for those accounts, for staying within your provider's sending limits and policies, and for the content of every email you send. HarbiLeads never sends email except the campaigns you create.

Acceptable use

• Use HarbiLeads for legitimate, relevant outreach. You are responsible for complying with anti-spam laws and the rules of your email provider.
• Do not use the service to send deceptive, abusive or unlawful email, and honour opt-out requests from recipients.
• Do not attempt to scrape, overload or reverse-engineer the web tools (including the free DR Checker beyond its fair-use limits) or the licensing services.

Data and results

Email addresses found by the service are collected from publicly available pages; Domain Rating values are provided by Ahrefs and belong to their owner. We work to keep results accurate but cannot guarantee that any individual address or score is correct or current, and outreach results (replies, placements, rankings) are never guaranteed.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep the services running and improving, and may update features, limits or prices with notice on this website. If a change removes something material from a plan you already paid for, we will honour the paid plan until its credits are used.

Liability

HarbiLeads is provided "as is". To the maximum extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim connected to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous three months, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost rankings, lost clients or suspended third-party accounts.

Ending use

You may stop using HarbiLeads at any time. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or other users; unused purchased credits on an account suspended for abuse are forfeited.
